The percentage of the user's tweets that are Conversational or Social.
Conversational tweets are a Reply to another user's tweet.
Social tweets are a Mention of another user in their tweets.
The sharing score is a count of how many of the user's tweets contain a URL. This shows how often the user is likely to share links to things they find interesting.
This score is a count of the user's tweets that don't mention anybody or link to anywhere.
These are pretty arbitrary values and most consider them to be a measure of quality. They're usually not (IMHO).
For the sake of information at least you can at least see how popular the person is.
Tip: Tweet this "@followable check @username" and the @followable robot will reply with that user's scores.
Note: Only works for people who have public updates.

The Social Score tells you how likely they are to have a conversation with you. No conversations = no networking = no relationship = no fun.
The Sharing Score how likely they are to share what they like. If you're interested in them, you'll probably in be interested in what they like.
